My EO (essential oil) Life

My EO (essential oil) Life I think I could trace my love of EOs to Pinterest, but it may go back further than that.  You see, I'm a connector or at least that's what StrengthsFinders 2.0 tells me. So I love following the trail to see how things are connected.

So if you'll humor me :) Here's the trail:
Pinterest and homemade cleaners - I'm not even sure how I started as a PinAddict, but I have loved making my own cleaners for a while and even tried my hand at blogging about it.

www.created2fly.net: My EO (essential oil) Life - How I got started in essential oils. How about you?

This led me to finding a wonderful go-to blog on homemade cleaners. One Good Thing by Jillee

You can't read Jill's blogs without reading about one of her other blogging sisters: Rebecca of Camp Wander.

I added the sisters to my reading list. Rebecca won me over to the world of essential oils.

Now, I have an organized drawer of EOs (thank you Jill) and an order of essential oils on hand.

Be Blessed and Be of Good Health!

  1. I agree with you totally. I could not do without these girls in my life each day. I have learned so much from them. I have also purchased Sparks oils and am very satisfied with them also they get here in no time at all. I love homemade cleaners. It just makes sense. I am on my 2nd batch of homemade laundry detergent and keep very large bottles of vinegar and baking soda around my house.

  2. My timeline of EO's is EXACTLY like yours. First pinterest, then One Good Thing and CampWander, then an explosion and I am scouring the Internet for drawer organizers like the ones Jill has (we are an active duty military family stationed overseas and COSTCO does not ship to our APO address. It doesn't cost any more money to ship to just, just a customs form, which they informed me they don't want to have to fill out!!) I love these ladies for turning me into a much healthier person

    1. Sandra, Does Amazon ship to you? I found one, but it's not as customizable as Jillee's - it's also more expensive :( might not be a budget friendly option. I organized a drawer with things I had around the house. Blog to follow about that soon!

  3. I have used EO's before but I really have not paid much attention to the brands. Everyone seems to claim they have the best. I had a adult daughter that was diagnosed with Autism. I know the oils that helped her when she was a child. I need to know what will help her now as an adult.
I have just begun following Rebecca and Jillie. Thank you for any help and thank you for your time.

  4. I started seeing cleaning recipes on Pinterest too! And found Jillie, but the funny thing was that I had already liked Dori's page Riches to Rags. Then I stated following Camp Wonder before I realized they were sisters. I've not had the funds to order from Sparks yet but would love to. I'm thrilled to find you tonight! Liked your Facebook page. God Bless!
